Repairs and Servicing

Time Tutelary can repair your watch winder in just 4 easy steps- 

1. We will send you a Hermes returns label

2. You will need access to a printer to print off the Hermes label, then package your watch winder really, really well to avoid damage in transit, then take the parcel to your nearest myHermes ParcelShop

3. Upon receipt of your package your watch winder will be sent to our approved service and repair agents, who aim to service or repair your watch winder within 7-14 days.

4. Once the item is repaired, we will send you the repair bill, you pay for the repair, and we post the item back to your using the MyHermes tracked courier service.

Should you wish to return your item to us, please email quoting REPAIR & SERVICE.

If you haven’t done so already, you should provide us with a brief explanation of what the problem is with your watch winder, your watch winder model no’ and the batch no’ if it has one.

Other terms

All repairs are guaranteed for 90 days.

Sometimes we may not be able to repair your watch winder. This might be because the item has been damaged in transit, that the parts are no longer available, that the item is damaged in some other way and is unrepairable, or it could be something else. In this case we will let you know why we cannot repair your watch winder as soon as possible.

In rare instances, items can get lost or mislaid. In this instance we will need your support whilst we follow the Hermes claims process.Processing claims can take up to 28 days.

Time Tutelary is a family run business, and our opening times are Monday to Friday 0900-1730hrs. We are closed on Weekends, UK Public Holidays and from the 24th December to 2nd January. During these periods we are not able to accept parcels or respond to telephone or messages.
